Here's a short script that I have made that I will be giving to Wakisa on the day to learn in order for him to learn his lines for his part.

Colour Correction
To make my film more of a nordic noir look, I will have to bring the colours down and make them all equal. As you can see from my film shots, on the day that I filmed was really bright so while I was editing, along the way I was brought all the colours down.
My aim for the colour is to make it blue and darkish to make it look more realistic like any other noir programmes/films. On premiere pro, I set the same colour correction for each video.
For basic correction, I have made the temperature all the way down to -60 for a nice blue effect to each video with a little bit of tint. For around the edges for that darker look, I used vignette and brought the amount down which gives that nice look to each video.
By trying my hardest using and figuring our the colour correction to get that slight noir look, I am happy on the way it has turned out for each video shown.

Music used in my Film
Music and Sound Used
Wakisa, who play's the detective in my film, goes to university in London to study music as he is into and hoping to be high up on becoming a DJ. He basically sat down and went through each track that were copy right free that he had access to from a website to choose the right music to go with my film. From the track that he chose and what I used within my film, I was very happy and I think it goes great with the film and also it tell's the story and the tension. He also helped me with the sound effects to make it more realistic.

Finished Version
Final Edit
I have finally finished making my film and in my opinion I am proud of how it's all turned out. As I am not used to editing on premiere pro, I'm not use to it and I would have to say that's my weakness throughout this whole assignment. I used and looked up tutorials on You Tube to help me a lot to edit and it was very useful to watch. What I felt that was hard was to do the colour correction on to the videos as I wanted it to make it look blue and dark to set the scene and the mood of the nordic noir. I had help from my friend who played detective and he gave me music ideas to use and put in as he had access from a website for copy right free music also he already made his own sound effects which I added in also. There are many things I need to improve on which is my editing skills and to become better at it, my aim is to make some short films on anything over the summer holidays and start to edit it my self and try out different effects and things that I don't know which could improve my film for next year in year 2 and year 3.
I enjoyed this project but I started off to a slow start due to lack of confidence on working on my own as I prefer group work and also not use to making films, but this has helped me gain more confidence in my self and giving me more understand that I had before.
